This would probably work, but you should try a more balance diet. So that you can keep your energy up to have fun with your family and friends. The south beach diet is wonderful and works fast and is healthy. Good luck...but it sounds like your weight is in the perfect range!Excercise is important too!Smile

There's a diet called "Fat Loss 4 Idiots" which can help you lose 9lbs every 11 days. It's a "calorie shifter" diet which means that it makes each of the 11 days carry a different amount of calorie intake. Don't eat too many carbs (bread, pasta grains). If you do, make sure you exercise like crazy. The best form of exercise is running. People usually hate hearing that but it's true. I'm not sure if you will lose 10 pounds from this diet but you will lose some weight. NOTE: If ever you're hungry and then get light headed, eat. starving yourself can destroy vital organs and can sometimes force you to gain some weight.

Three steps that have really helped me are dieting, exercising, and the correct weight loss supplement for losing weight. Focus on those three things and you will lose weight considerably.
