no it doesn't! lolSeriously, if you do this you will overwork yourself to the extremes, putting yourself at an immense risk of injury. In addition, yes the weight will come off but it won't be maintained, you won't be able to keep the weight off once you stop, trust me, because i very much doubt you're gonna be able to keep this kind of plan up for the rest of your life, and considering about doing it everyday is ridiculous! lol, sorry but it is! Resting is just as important as exercise. You must rest your muscles otherwise you will injure yourself!! Instead, make a new healthy start...one which you can maintain in the long term, like eating healthily and working out about 3-4 times a week. You can lose weight that way too and won't feel like you're on the brink of exhaustion, and what's more it's healthy!Sorry i've rambled lol, but listen!!! I've been there and got the t-shirt...i know what i'm saying |

| I think that sounds like a really good workout plan. You would maybe get bored of it after a while so try to keep changing it and mixing it up.Good luck on your weight loss journey |

| Why not add in some weight training - adding on a bit of muscle will allow your body to burn more fat even when sitting doing nothing as muscle burns more calories than fat.How about trying something like this for a training plan:Day 1 - weight training upper body followed by 30 minutes interval trainingDay2 - weight training lower body followed by 30 minutes interval trainingDay 3 - weight training full body followed by 30 minutes interval trainingdo the above with a day of rest or recovery cardio in between, if you choose to do recovery cardio remember and give yourself AT LEAST one or two rest days per week.Interval training - I prefer to do this on the Treadmill and this will be 1 minute sprints with 2 minute jog/walk recoveries, increasing the speed or length of the sprint every few weeks to prevent your body adapting to the exercise too much. This type of work can be adapted to any piece of gym cardio equipment.recovery cardio - 45-60 minutes lower intensity cardio (not as hard working as interval training) say a 30 minute hill programme on the stationary upright (not recumbent) bike followed by 30 minutes power walking at the highest incline. |

| Three steps that have really helped me are dieting, exercising, and the correct weight loss supplement for losing weight. Focus on those three things and you will lose weight considerably. I exercise 30 mins a day along with taking Proactol, a natural weight loss supplement that I saved money on at theweightlossplace.com Good luck and stay focused = ) |
