| i know this 10 year old kid she wants to loose weight, i know you might think she's too young for that stuff, but she needs to loose up to 5 pounds of PURE fat.she kind off of good exercise, and everyday instead of fatty school foods she buys a cup of trix yogurt, some Light Start string cheese, and some crackers. and maybe some chocolate milk but usually gets water.when she gets out to play she doesn't really run much.tell me if this is good for a 10 year old 5th grader and if you disagree tell me some good ones.tell me as soon as you can, she really wants to start while shes still in the mood. |

| Cialyn P, I think it is better to use your own diet that is comfortable for you. Like what I did. I lost 6 pounds in 2 weeks. Just do what you feel is making you loose weight without resulting to annorexia. Eat healthy, excersice, and drink plenty of water. Before going on any kind of major diet I would first see your doctor since she is only 10. |
