I went to the store the other day and went pill crazy. I bought daily vitamins, biotin for my hair, alpha lipoic acid for my skin and ginko for concentration along with an iron supplement. Is this too much to take each day or is it okay?

They say too much of a good thing..I'm not sure, but I can definitely tell you that taking prescription drugs and vitamins at the same time spell disaster. I did that one day, then immediately decided to go to Wal-Mart. Just as I pulled in, below my stomach was a "gerngengernnnngengerrrrngbubblajabubblja". With no pain, I thought, 'how peculiar".I grabbed a basket, went straight for the produce aisle, picked up one of those juice farms juice drinks, put it immediately back down, turned and skidded my way with the basket all the way up to the front bathroom.Inside, I vigorously shake the first bathroom door to hear "someone's in here!", so I grab the next one. Empty. I got inside and in a few minutes the same guy who yelled "someone's in here!" was asking, "you okay in there?"I done got cleaned out good. And it's true what they say that you should never go shopping hungry. I went to the front checkout later with a mound of a basket and a cashier staring at me while scanning, saying, "You know, you generally want to put that in the microwave first before eating it." I said "Gimme a break! The hungryman box is right in front of you!"P.S. Don't take ephedra. It will put you on prescription drugs for the rest of your life.
