| Alright, I'm 6'' 2' or 3', and weigh around 210 pounds, first of all is that unhealthy? I eat probably total of around 1800 calories a day, and drink about 5-7 glass of water, I can lift 100 pounds with ease for like 7-11 reps, but that's most I've tried, I had a weight set which was lost when we moved so I can only use my 15 pound, and I lift that about 200-215 reps with incredible ease and can probably go up to 300-350, is that good or bad? And I used to go to the gym everyday but now school got me to my neck, and I do leg workouts, my calves seem really huge (muscle wise) and it takes me about 9:30-10 mins to run a mile. I dont have abs or anything like that, but I try to do ab workouts but just to hard for me. Is this good, how can I gain more muscle and burn some fat, I really wanna try out for football I'm 15 by the way and can you offer some workout plan that can be done at home with minimal use of weights, since I only have my 15 pound left. And what position would I be good at? |
