Iam not planning to do this.But Ive read that people that fast and do not eat in order to lose weight gain it back.But I have also read that you only gain back a certain percent.So out of about 100 pounds how much do you gain back to figure out a percentage?Ow,how I hate those people that repost a website link!Okay,than what if they used the bad way as a base to lose the weigth and then a good weight to keep it off?
