| first off to make things clear, i DONT need any answers along the lines of no, don't take diet pills they dont work, are full of chemicals blah blah blah. heard enough of those, and am and wil not be swayed over. so don't waste your time.i live in singapore, small island, anyways i;ve read somewhere that pills containing ephedrine (ephedra/ ma huang) works really well. but they're supposedly illegal?does anyone know where to get them in singapore? or is it illegal?and does anyone know if Nuphedrine works just as well? and is it possible to buy it in singapore? oh and any other thermogenic or other diet pills that actually work well would help too^^and please state if you tried them yourself, and how well they worked...thankyou!-im already eating less 200-700 calroies a day and excercising- |

| Yes, Ephedra is illegal, I am still mad at the FDA for banning it. LOL. However, I just started Nuphedrine, and so far I love it. I suppose you know that it contains Advanta-Z (synephrine), which is a cousin of ephedra. I bought it online, at both nuphedrine.com, and on ebay. I'll bet you could find someone online that would ship to singapore. I think people state that diet pill don't work because a lot of them DON'T work - god knows I've tried enough of them. |

| Be careful with diet pills--I've had some bad experiences trying some of them. What I did find to work really well though was a natural supplement of Acai berry which I actually saw on Oprah and Rachel Ray. It was a while ago, but I ordered a free sample from http://ultraacaiberry.com/y/ and it's been great for helping increase my energy, metabolism, and keeping my body healthy! I've lost weight and I feel much, much better than I did when I was on the pills. |
