My body loses about 1450 calories every 24 hours from just doing nothing, because of my metabolism rate.I am not happy about my weight because I want my health to be better. So If I figure it out so that I eat what I need yet lose 1 pound a week.Is this going to be okay,if I lose 1 pound a week until I reach 90 pounds. Then regulate a diet that will keep me at that target weight, while gaining muscle weight?Because I am going to be using my metabolism to lose most of the weekly weight.Accompanied by a cleaning diet of low portions and a healthy protein filled natural tee that detoxifies my body?I want to know because I will also be excersizing for 20 minutes each weekday. And Ive been reading that if you lose alot of weigth fast you gain it back pretty quick. And I plan to lose 50 pounds in a year making me just right for my height, frame and all other features of my body.please,if your one of the creeps trying to advrtise a website leave.

A couple of months ago I decided to start dieting again, but this time I used a supplement called Acai Berry. I think I first heard about it when it was rated the number one super food by Oprah and Rachael Ray.I found a free 2 week Acai Berry trial at http://getacaiberry.info where I only had to pay a couple of dollars for shipping. It's a really good deal and I highly recommend it!I stared taking Acai Berry and it worked amazingly well. I started loosing pounds fast. Fast forward to today and I am 32 pounds lighter than I was just two short month ago! I love this product!

Did you know that your Diet should be based on your Blood type .Your blood type is the key that unlocks the door to the mysteries of health, disease, longevity, physical vitality and emotional strength. Your blood type determines your susceptibility to illness, which foods you should eat and how you should exercise. It is a factor in your energy levels, the efficiency with which you burn calories, youremotional response to stress and perhaps even your personality.Breakthrough came with the discovery that two major diseases of thestomach were associated with blood type. The first was the peptic ulcer, a condition often related to higher than average stomach acid levels. This condition was reported to be more common in people with Type O blood than in people with other blood types. I wasimmediately intrigued, since my father had observed that Type O patients did well on animal products and protein diets--foods that require more stomach acid for proper digestion.Blood type analysis offered a powerful means of interpreting individual variations in health and disease. Given the amount of available research data, it is surprising that the effects of blood type on our health have not received the measure of attention that they deserve.Do know what to eat based on your blood group http://www.diskovery.co.in/how_to_loose_weight__how_to_gain_weight
