I'm a very determined kind of person, and lately my determination has been on getting in extreme shape. I'm in decent shape already, but i'd like to be in better. I've been dieting for the past year, i also take many different kinds of diet pills. (currently i have three different kinds.) i go to the gym as many times as i can possibly fit in a week (which hasn't been as many, because of work.) i also do anywheres from 100-300 sit ups daily. is this unhealthy?? could i possibly have a problem?? or am i just being paranoid...? lol

There's a n awesome website that I've been learning from for a couple of weeks now, it's got loads of free help and advice and teaches you how to lose weight the correct way, without dieting. I worked off 10 pounds in seven weeks by taking their advice http://snipurl.com/3v985

You have a problem with diet pills, instead of taking the lazy way you could eat better and cut out the diet pills, 3 different kinds is nuts and even one kind is bad for you. Other than that I don't see a problem with hitting the gym whenever you can and doing sit-ups every day.The pills are bad!

Hiya I don't think u have a problem im kinda the same :PBut a do think u should stop with the sit-ups as the amount ur doing can be counter productive, they should not be treated any differently from any other muscle. A muscle needs AT LEAST 48 hrs to repair and grow (although abs recover faster than other muscles and therefore a days rest would be fine) so to train the same muscle group every day is not a great approach. Instead, train them 3 days a week on a monday, wednesday and friday (or something similar) as this gives them time to grow. And although diet pills do work i doubt u need 3 different kinds and they will never deliver the results a calorie controlled diet and consistent cardio will. And if ur looking to build muscle, dont forget protein!!!Hope i helped |

Be careful with diet pills--I've had some bad experiences trying some of them. What I did find to work really well though was a natural supplement of Acai berry which I actually saw on Oprah and Rachel Ray. It was a while ago, but I ordered a free sample from http://ultraacaiberry.com/y/ and it's been great for helping increase my energy, metabolism, and keeping my body healthy! I've lost weight and I feel much, much better than I did when I was on the pills.
