i might have to get blood taken to see if everything is normal i guess, but will diet pills show up ?

A standard complete blood test will just test for certain levels of different things in your blood. If they are not testing for substances then no, it will not show up. They will be looking for things like white blood cell count, thyroid activity and such... not so much for what other substances are in your blood. If it is a standard test you are in the clear.
