| 1.Who created and/or promotes the diet? 2.How does the diet work? 3.Does the diet follow the Food Guide Pyramid serving recommendations? 4.How long should you stay on the diet? 5.Are there any special foods, pills, or equipment needed for the diet? 6.Is exercise required or recommended while on the diet? 7.How much weight can you lose using the diet? 8.Would you recommend the diet? Do you feel it is safe? Why/why not?Okay, the reason why I even posted this was because I NEEDED help, not becuase i was lazy. UNLIKE some people. I dont use this website to do my homework, I use it when I need help and I CANT FIND INFO ANYWHERE ELSE.AND I DONT WANT TO KNOW THAT DIETS AREN'T GOOD FOR YOU, I WANT TO KNOW ABOUT THE DIET. |

| 1.Doesn't matter. All diets FAIL.2.See number 1 3.Who cares? Its gong to fail.4.Never. You should just make life style changes and not go on a diet in the first place.5.If there was it just shows the diet is even more epic fail then it already is.6.Excercise should be required anyways 7.Weight is not your enemy. Body fat percentage is. So who cares how much weight you lose just so long as you are losing body fat.8.No because all diets fail. The only way for someone to be healthy/fit is to eat healthy/excercise. Theres no diet about it. |
