So, I just started weight watchers almost 2 weeks ago. I have not yet been TOO motivated to do it, but the first week I cut out pop, and started exercising. I did aboout 4 days or 5, but only about 3 of the workouts were actually strenuous, and I lost 1.8 pounds. Well, Im kicking it up a notch..Im doing at least 60 minutes of exercise each day, and following the weight watchers flex plan every day! I weigh 180 and Im only 5'3. I have gained over 60 pounds just in the last three years, and I have PCOS. I am on Metformin now, and it somewhat helps with my appetite. Anyway, what do you think?Im hoping to be in the 140's..preferably 145 around the middle of January when my hubby gets home from a deployment.

If you lose about 2 pounds per week, which is a healthy weight loss goal, then you should be about 150 to 152 by the time your hubby returns. But don't fret, you can be down to your goal weight by mid February, but your husband will still be very thrilled with your weight loss and much slimmer figure by the time he returns in January.

you can do it! Weight watchers is a really healthy way to lose weight, but if you really want to step it up, cut everything "white" out of your diet. (white bread, pasta, rice, sugar). No processed foods or sweets. Drink at least 64oz of water a day. Lean protien like chicken, fish, beans and turkey are your best bet. Cut back on red meat. Eat lots of veggies, and fruit, but more veggies than fruit. Watch your dressings and beverages. Dont drink lattes and frapichino's they are loaded with calories and fat (most are a meals worth them selves). No pop either. Your doing great god luck
