Sooo I'm a freshman that just started college and with going to school everyday, I need a plan to work.I'm not overweight or anything (5'2, 114 lbs) but I'd like to be noticiably thinner and toned up, my thighs and arms especially are flabby. I have bad eating habits to begin with and don't do much exercise. I took a year off after high school and gained a little weight and want to shed those pounds. I drink alot of soda and eat chips and junk food alot..My celebrity inspiration would be Hilary Duff (not her anorexic state) but how she got buff and toned!My problem: I never stick to the diet for more than a week. :S Help please!

well the chips and the soda is the main problem, there just empty calories that offer not nutritional value to your body,. and see if your college has a fitness center at it,. unless its just major unniversities

Okay well-- duh cut out the soda and chips and JUNK. Replace it with other stuff. I drink carbonated fruit water, cuz I like to drink the bubbly stuff Smile And the quakers mini delights choc mint or caramel replaced my chips. If you search long enough you can find substitutes for everything that even taste good! I drink LOTS of water to keep me full. I keep "bad" snacks OUT of my house cuz if theyre there.. I eat them. When i go out i immediately ask for a to go box and box up half my food for later. i'm working full time and going to school full time so I get up at 5 am and run/jog/walk with my dog til 6, shower and get ready at work by 7! Then i do the carmen electra disc 2 WORKOUT not the dance routine every night before my shower Smile
