| I hired a presonal trainer and he has me on a very good workout plan and diet plan. I am looking bigger and more chub on my stomach is showing. It used to happen to me a long time ago too when i would run everyday. My friends say its impossible to gain weight if you are eating less cals then your burning but I SWEAR i am way bigger then I was and its NOT muscles!!! what is it??This happens with or without my trainer. I said I have one because I'm saying he has a VERY good, healthy, balanced meal plan for me and the workout sessions are great! He is certified in nutrion and all that...so im pretty sure its not the food or the workouts. And the calories were calculated to what i need to lose weight. |

fire this trainer-he/she seems no good.next forget that u r actually on a diet and work-out routine.the more u think u r on a diet-the more u wil focus on food.do the math and figure how many calories u need to cutback and stay within a certain range for a month or 2.go for a work-out that u'l enjoy-dancersize or group aerobics.should work out.now hire me as ur trainer!  |
