| i like to be healthy. i've been running and doing cardio OR weight lifting (on alternate days) for a couple weeks now. i'm already 120 lbs, and 5'7" female. i like my body, but i just want to be super healthy and toned. i felt like a lot of my weight wasnt just muscle...i feel at my best (without doing weights) when i'm about 115. so i just wanted to lose about 5 lbs of fat...because even though i'm doing all this diet and exercise, i felt like i've hit a dead spot...i'm not gaining or losing..and it's so frustrating! my friend who is a personal trainer told me they hydroxycut pills are no longer bad for you. but i'm very hesitant about what i put into my body. what do you think?? |

| Three steps that have really helped me are dieting, exercising, and the correct weight loss supplement for losing weight. Focus on those three things and you will lose weight considerably. I exercise 30 mins a day along with taking Proactol, a natural weight loss supplement that I saved money on at theweightlossplace.com Good luck and stay focused = ) |
