| LOL!!! The best way is to go natural, get off yer butt and move. Exercise before eating, get up in the morning and move, run jog walk and get your metabolism going!!! Same thing at night before dinner. Anything that is manufactured is a joke, exercise is the way to build lean muscle. Oh by the way eating a real meal helps also!!!! I you want to know more and you really want to get healthy, ask and I will let you know how to do it without the garbage they will try to sell you... |

| Be careful with diet pills--I've had some bad experiences trying some of them. What I did find to work really well though was a natural supplement of Acai berry which I actually saw on Oprah and Rachel Ray.
