I take a vitamin for that same thing it is healthy and safe!B12 vitamin~no symptoms cause it is a vitamin&fiber choice~fills you up and helps you so you don't get cravings!Get these they will really help,good luck!Hope this helped!

I have used both slim quick and envy, the slim quick made me a little jittery and I didn't see any drastic results nothing that diet and exercise couldn't do, the envy I think helped a little and it has added ingredients for hair and nails

i have taken hydroxycut in the past.i kinda felt shaky, and kinda like crap if i took the recommended dose- if i took less, it wasn't so bad. i usually took one in the morning before i worked out, and then another one before lunch. i had to pee a lot too. and it made me very thirsty- all the time.it curbed my appetite. i didn't notice a significant amount of weight lost though. i've lost just as much this time around as i did then, in the same amount of time.
