| Alli does not work without diet and exercise. Alli can make you vomit. Don't be a drug addict.Mark Hyman, MD, http://www.ultrawellness.com/about-us/mark-hymaneditor in chief of the medical journal Alternatives in Health and Medicine says (in Bottom Line Yearbook 2008), "Myth 1: The less you eat, the more weight you'll lose.... In my experience, the average person who goes on a diet actually gains 5 pound instead of losing weight. Never go on a "diet." Instead eat foods that turn on your metabolism. These are whole foods that come from nature, such as vegetables, fruits, whole grains, nuts, seeds, beans...."Myth 3: You can control your weight by counting calories.... Losing weight is not about counting calories-- it's about eating the right calories.... Myth 4: Eating fat makes you fat.... Myth 5: Going low-carbohydrate makes you thin. Carbohydrates are the the single most important food that you can eat for long term health and weight loss.... However, just as there are different fats, there are different types of carbohydrates." http://be-fit.notlong.com |

| Better try natural methods to lose weight. Calorie shifting is one, which works by getting you to eat the right food at specific times of the day. Then by rotating it so that your metabolism never gets used to any routine. It is hard to get yourself to carry out the Calorie Shifting method by yourself because you need to create an expert menu. Good luck. |

| Three steps that have really helped me are dieting, exercising, and the correct weight loss supplement for losing weight. Focus on those three things and you will lose weight considerably. I exercise 30 mins a day along with taking Proactol, a natural weight loss supplement that I saved money on at theweightlossplace.com Good luck and stay focused = ) |

| I found a great product that helped me to stick to my healthy diet. It is a dark chocolate natural appetite suppressant with B Vitamins in it to keep you from being crabby when you are trying to lose weight. Using this stuff really helped me be successful with my weight loss. Plus it is organic and natural, not like lots of other junk on the market that ends up hurting your heart or blood pressure. | Be careful with diet pills--I've had some bad experiences trying some of them. What I did find to work really well though was a natural supplement of Acai berry which I actually saw on Oprah and Rachel Ray. It was a while ago, but I ordered a free sample from http://ultraacaiberry.com/y/ and it's been great for helping increase my energy, metabolism, and keeping my body healthy! I've lost weight and I feel much, much better than I did when I was on the pills. |
