| i feel bad because i ate more than i usually do today.i ate a big salad with ranch, croutons, egg, bacon, sunflower seeds.and pasta.then through out the day i ate croutons.so you guys think that's bad.cause i feel as if i gained 10 pounds.and im planning on not eating tomorrow.im 16 years old and im 5'9 and i weight 125 pounds. |

| lol wats the question?if u dont eat tomorrow your body will just store more fat bcuz it hasn gotten any nutrients! eat tomorrow buddy, but just not as much!! exercise exercise exercise! |

| You probably ate less than 1000 pounds which still isn't very much. The only problem with what you ate was it was all a bit junky. You need to even it out and throw a couple fruits and veggies in there, maybe some chicken or cheese for protein.Your body needs approximately 1600 calories to stay at the weight it's at. It needs 3500 EXCESS calories to gain even a pound of body fat. You're fiinnee. Just eat healthy, and splurging won't hurt you. |

| Even though ate more than usual, you should still eat something tomorrow. By not eating, you are just going to gain more pounds. If you are really feeling bad about yourself, maybe you should try going for a 30 minute walk. It will make you feel heaps better, because you know that you have burned off some of the calories which you had previously put in your mouth. Also, I wouldn't feel too bad, because it seems that everything you ate was rather healthy. Even though it was more than what you would usually consume, I don't believe that you would have gained a lot of weight from eating those foods. |
