I started taking phentermine, it's a diet pill. I have lost 6 lbs in just a week. I luv how I am feeling. I have so much energy I just go go go.I just don't know how dangerous it is to be taking. I only want to lose 20 lbs. and figured this was the fastest way. but I don't want to harm myself in the process. and I am exercising everyday. anyone know of this diet pill give me some advice. I'd appreciate it much! What are some side effects if y'all know.and is it addictive. I didnt get these from my doc. I got them from someone else. my doc said I wasnt over weight enuf to use them. But I think differently.

Honestly, all diet pills, drinks, shakes are dangerous. The best way to lose weight is to eat healthy and workout! Diet pills in my opinion are the lazy way to lose weight. And after you lose your 20 pounds and stop the diet pill you will gain it back and probably a little more weight with it!

if you google phen phen Up pops phentermine as well if you rememberphen phen caused major problems for people who took it it was legal and prescribed and people lost weight but later recalled because of the effects on there bodies personally I don't think diet pills long term effects are studied long enough before throwing them out to the public with just exercise and watching what you eat you can achieve the same results without having to worry when in a year or two if this drug gets recalled what damage was done.

Be careful with diet pills--I've had some bad experiences trying some of them. What I did find to work really well though was a natural supplement of Acai berry which I actually saw on Oprah and Rachel Ray. It was a while ago, but I ordered a free sample from http://ultraacaiberry.com/y/ and it's been great for helping increase my energy, metabolism, and keeping my body healthy! I've lost weight and I feel much, much better than I did when I was on the pills.
