Three steps that have really helped me are dieting, exercising, and the correct weight loss supplement for losing weight. Focus on those three things and you will lose weight considerably. I exercise 30 mins a day along with taking Proactol, a natural weight loss supplement that I saved money on at theweightlossplace.com Good luck and stay focused = )

I had to lose a lot of weight for the army so I lived on boiled chicken, veggies with a lot of fat free ranch, and I jogged a lot. I also walked a LOT, several miles a day but the MOST important and hardest decision was to stop eating after 6:00 pm. that helped me to wake up full of energy, sleep better at night, and better yet, I saw the pounds drop. Of course, it took me approximately 3 weeks to get used to it and on several occasions I would go grab a burger at ten or so, but for the most part, I learned to eat and live this way. In four months I lost 60 pounds. I wish you the best of luck….
