| I am 26 years old (female) I had one child 11mths ago. and gained 40 lbs during my pregnancy. I weigh 145 now I would love to get to 115 lbs. What I'm looking for is an easy diet, and manageable fitness schedule. Does anyone know of any workout sheets or guidelines to print out? I'm not looking for a pill to loose the weight! Old fashion do it yourself :)Ohh I forgot what is the BEST way to tone my STOMACH too? |
