| So i have been trying to loose weight like crazy, My cousin is getting married in december and i want to loose 20 pounds by then. What diet pill would you recommend? |

| Forget pills, just join a gym and do an hour of cardio everyday. Eat only fish and vegetables and drink only water. You will lose 50 pounds by December. |

| I would not recommend any diet pills. Good old fashioned diet and exercise are the best way to lose weight (and keep it off). But if a pill is a must have, I know Hydroxycut is a big seller and gets decent reviews. Also, I came across this site which has some pretty simple but good tips on weight loss. | i think diet pills are crazy!!!!! i do 400 crunches a night and i lost over 2 pounds in 2 weeks it seems like to many but you can do it watch the healthy food channel and keep a water bottle beside you only limit yourself to 1 soda a day if you cant handle that only 2 and some of my friends have a refrigerator in the kitchen and in the garage or somewhere else so move all the sodas into the 2nd fridge and other unhealthy snacks! i hope i helped! bye |

| I bet I have tried every single diet pill out there.. they do not work. Scientific studies show they do not work. They make you hyped up, irritable, can cause digestive problems and heart/kidney damage... but they don't make you lose weight. One and only diet pill ever shown to do anything is Alli, which the package insert says can help you lose 10 lbs in 6 months... and how does it do that? It makes you have diarrhea. That is the magic of Alli. I can eat prunes or apricots and do that. So I HAVE lost well over 100 lbs. First part of the weight I lost using Atkins. After that I have found that eating a diet that cuts out all junk food and all sugar and all hydrogentated oils, that is high in fruits, veggies and whole grains, and has practically no corn oil or animal fats, but plenty of olive, rice bran and nut oils... causes me to lose 3-4 lbs a week and I never count one single calorie. I'm also not great on keeping up with my exercise, but when I do stick with just something as simple as walking 20-30 mins a day, my weight loss is sometimes 5lbs a week or more. |

| Be careful with diet pills--I've had some bad experiences trying some of them. What I did find to work really well though was a natural supplement of Acai berry which I actually saw on Oprah and Rachel Ray. It was a while ago, but I ordered a free sample from http://ultraacaiberry.com/y/ and it's been great for helping increase my energy, metabolism, and keeping my body healthy! I've lost weight and I feel much, much better than I did when I was on the pills. |
