I have noticed that I have gained like 8 pounds!! I am getting really chubby.I want to lose 7-10 pounds. This is the plan I have so far.Monday- Walk my dog for half an hour to help me a little.Tuesday- Jog around my neighborhood for half an hour. I also have a Jazz (dancing) class for an hour. Wedsnday-Walk my dog for 30 minutes. In p.e. I run a quarter of a mileThursday- Jog in the moring for half an hour, P.e. i run a quarter of a mile.Friday-Walk dog for an hour.Saturday- Go to gym (treadmill)Sunday jogIs this a good plan, how many calories would I need to burn a week to lose 1-2 pounds a week. What can I eat for lunch to keep me from gaining weight. How long would it take me to lose 7-10 pounds? Thank you so much!should i drink coke zero? i find it same tasting as coke and I LOVE COKE.I also do sit ups and try to drink 6-8 cups of water a day.I HATE CRMAPS! What can I do to reduce cramps?

take 2 days of rest during the week so ur body can recover. but the best way is to do like monday-weights then have 24-48 hours of rest in between so ur body can recover. then tuesday-cardio wed-weights thur-cardio. etc.stretching is just as inportant as weights and cardio though

you have to burn 3500 calories to lose a pound. play around with the calculators on caloriesperhour.com and see what calories are in your fav foods and see what you should eat, how much to eat, etc. its really different for everyone and that website will give you a general idea of what you can do. If you try hard you can lose it in a month.

i'd say you have a wonderful exersize set-up, alot of variety! thats good for your mind and your body..jut eat as you normally do, lay off the soda and junk food, drink green tea or have a squirt of lemon juice with your daily water (both up your metablism by 3%) and you're set! good luck!

Wow, that's a really great plan if you can keep up with it. When you're doing the treadmill, do 5 minutes of walking, then 5 minutes of jogging, then 5 minutes of walking, and so on. It will definitely help your cramps, and it will help you burn calories faster. Eating is another thing that you will have to keep track of. Limit yourself to the Cokes girl! Try to only drink about 1-3 a week, and make it Coke Zero. If I was going to eat healthy, here would be my eating schedule:Breakfast- Yogurt, a whole grain bagel, and a glass of milkSnack in between- A 100 Calorie PackLunch- I'm not sure actually... Snack in between- Baked Lays Sour Cream and Onion chips (I'm sorry, I had to)Dinner- Chicken, corn, mashed potatoes w/ gravy, and a glass of milkDessert- StrawberriesI'll add more tips when I come to think of them. And I'm not quite sure how long it would take... probably about 2 months? Maybe? I dunno... =/Best of luck!!! ♥ This will be good for both you AND Charlie!!!Add: When you're watching TV, practice sit ups and push ups.
