Im 16 and i still haven't hit puberty (well i got no facial hair and my voice is still highpitch but i got pubic hair) and im very small! i wiegh 80 pounds and im 5,5? Do you have any tips i can do to gain weight and not stunt my growth. Im planning on a wieght gainer or a protien shake Smile or a workout i can do with my protien shake?

Be careful with the protein shakes. There is such a thing as taking in too much protein, and it is really bad for you to over do it. Eat healthy foods, take a multivitamin daily, and wait for nature to kick in. My 6 foot 4, 220lb brother was short and skinny until he was almost 18.

Enjoy your weight that you have while you have it. Your education is far more important than what you weigh, or how tall that you are. As you say, you are 16. Give time, and your genetics some more time. If you want some idea of where you might end up in terms of height and weight, try to find pictures of your parents, and grand parents, on both sides of your family. As far as your voice is concerned, if it did not break at 12 or 13, it may never lower. Sorry, butr that is genetics and there is little to do about it. You can try the protein shake, but be careful with it since relying on that, and ignoring a properly balanced diest can do you more harm than good. Being short may very do you a lot of good in adult life. You are 16, there are at least 3 or 4 more years of growth ahead for you, why not let that time go by before you concern yourself with height and weight. After all, trying to change things now might just do exactly what you don;t want to happen, stunt your growth.
