| Well I am over weight and want to do something about it. I plan to start Monday by starting my work out routine gradually. First off I want to start working out only Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I want to start in the morning with 15 minutes of bike riding, 25 sit ups, and 25 squats. Of course I will add more days, reps, and other exercise as I gain more endurance. I also plan to give up soda and just drink water and sugarless juice. Also eat a lot less. Is there anything wrong with what I am planning to do? What should I do to help myself lose weight? What should I add or remove? |
