No. Diet pills are never safe. And they don't work. If they did really work, then there wouldn't be so many overweight people. Diet pills stress the kidneys and the heart just for starters. That is true if you just had a baby or if you didn't. A small amount of moderate exercise will produce more results than any diet pill out there. PS the first answerer is accurate.. studies have shown that breast fed babies are much less likely to be overweight adults.

Wow, your not worried enough about your baby's immune system enough to breast feed him but you're worried about some baby weight that will come off within 3 months when your hormones get back to normal. Nice. Take the pills, you're too lazy to breast feed, you're obviously too lazy to exercise.

Yeah diet pills are unhealthy. I'd say check into a good diet and exercise plan. Of course the little one should keep you pretty busy. So use things like bouncing him around as a form of exercise until he settles in a little more. But do check into a healthy diet...

If it was me, I wouldn't do it. I would wait a while, if at all. You can do tremendous things by following a whole foods lifestyle and avoiding sodas and junk food. Also, did you know that nursing helps you lose weight? It helped me lose the weight w/ all 3 of mine. For some people, they do not notice the weight loss for a few months, but every body is different. Basically, you have to burn calories (just sitting there) to nurse a baby.

Hi you can take FORM, I have lost 9 lbs in just under 3 weeks with it. I love it because it works 100% of the time is highly effective and has no drugs, stimulants or side effects. It is safe for anyone and in combination with any diet and exercise program although I have not changed anything in my diet and am losing weight quickly. You can get more info at http://www.ControllingPortions.com or http://www.shop.portioncontroller.com

Three steps that have really helped me are dieting, exercising, and the correct weight loss supplement for losing weight. Focus on those three things and you will lose weight considerably. I exercise 30 mins a day along with taking Proactol, a natural weight loss supplement that I saved money on at theweightlossplace.com Good luck and stay focused = )

Be careful with diet pills--I've had some bad experiences trying some of them. What I did find to work really well though was a natural supplement of Acai berry which I actually saw on Oprah and Rachel Ray. It was a while ago, but I ordered a free sample from http://ultraacaiberry.com/y/ and it's been great for helping increase my energy, metabolism, and keeping my body healthy! I've lost weight and I feel much, much better than I did when I was on the pills.
