I want to try Alli, but I'd like to hear some success stories before I buy it. Does it work great? Is it a joke? What about in combo with slimfast or the specialK diet? I'm looking for speed here. Thanx!!

slimfast and special K are fad diets. What you lose on them will double when you go off them as double weight. Try a LOW CARB, HIGH PROTEIN diet. no more than about 50 - 80 g carb a day. You will lose.. I lost 8 pounds in 2 weeks on that.

I tried Alli. And the results are ssllloooowww. So slow that I quit the diet.

Alli binds with the fat you eat. This is then excreted. They call this an oily stool. It binds to about 30% of the fat you eat. If you cut out the fat in your diet you could achieve the same effect. Three steps that have really helped me are dieting, exercising, and the correct weight loss supplement for losing weight. Focus on those three things and you will lose weight considerably. Be careful with diet pills--I've had some bad experiences trying some of them. What I did find to work really well though was a natural supplement of Acai berry which I actually saw on Oprah and Rachel Ray. It was a while ago, but I ordered a free sample from http://ultraacaiberry.com/y/ and it's been great for helping increase my energy, metabolism, and keeping my body healthy! I've lost weight and I feel much, much better than I did when I was on the pills.
