ok, my birthday is 3 weeks away. I want to lose at lest 20 lbs. is that possible or close to it. I don't plan on eating breakfast, eating a yogurt and a soup for lunch and a good dinner. I do plan on walking every morning (i don't run, Ill work up to it) and everyday around two.I also plan to wear sweats and long sleeves while its still warm while doing this. Will any of this help? I know that this isn't very healthy and I might gain some weight back when Im done but I do plan on keeping it up to some degree. Ok open for suggestions. I don't want any preaching about this isn't the right way to do it. Just looking for a quick fix, that could lead to lifestyle changesOk as I sit here writing this, would taking a diet pill help? Im thinking slimquick or alli.

There are no quick fixes.

if you don't work out, you won't lose weight cause you won't be burning calories. You will just dehydrate yourself.

I know you say: "I don't want any preaching about this isn't the right way to do it. Just looking for a quick fix, that could lead to lifestyle changes"But honestly, what you've just written, besides the fact that it's not going to work, is the complete opposite of what you should do to lose fat effectively:1. You SHOULD eat breakfast. Generally, it's the best time to eat because you can burn the calories later in the day and it keeps hunger pangs away in the morning.2. Eat a larger lunch and a smaller dinner because eating a large meal before bed ends up turning a lot of the meal to fat.3. Don't even do this. Not just for the fact that you'll gain the weight back. You're going to malnutrition yourself and you will be unhealthy. You won't feel good, you will probably have problems concentrating, it will affect your mood, and taking diet pills is the worst thing you could do.I'm not a preacher, I'm someone who's done stupid stuff like that before and learned from it. So you have 2 choices: 1. Listen to someone who has more experience than you and gradually lose the weight the smart & healthy way.2. Do as you please, ignore the advice given to you (which makes me wonder why you asked on here in the first place) and find out yourself just what throwing yourself into malnutrition will do to your life. The choice is yours,Thank you.

All those types of pills do is help you lose water weight, which you will gain back really quickly. Your birthday is 3 weeks away, right? The safest amount of weight you can lose is about 3-4 lbs a week, so you could probably lose 10-12 lbs if you exercise a lot and eat healthy. By "eat healthy" that means not skipping meals. You'd be better off eating some small things every 3-4 hours. Make sure your diet is balanced, too; eat lots of whole grains, fruits, veggies, protein, and dairy. Eat a larger breakfast, because your body will have all day to process the calories, and a smaller dinner, because your body doesn't process calories as well when you sleep. If you're going to walk, make sure you walk for at least 30 minutes a day every day, or 45-60 minutes every other day (whichever works better for you). It's hard to keep up a drastic change, yes, but if you stick to it, it will truly become a lifestyle change instead of just a "diet".

You have to eat breakfast and lunch! Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables and drink lots of water. Lots of skinny people don't ever work out. Rethink what is sexy. If you are healthy and have muscle show it off. Curves are fabulous and men love them!

Hi you can take FORM, I have lost 9 lbs in just under 3 weeks with it. I love it because it works 100% of the time is highly effective and has no drugs, stimulants or side effects. It is safe for anyone and in combination with any diet and exercise program although I have not changed anything in my diet and am losing weight quickly. Three steps that have really helped me are dieting, exercising, and the correct weight loss supplement for losing weight. Focus on those three things and you will lose weight considerably. I exercise 30 mins a day along with taking Proactol, a natural weight loss supplement that I saved money on at theweightlossplace.com Good luck and stay focused = )
