|
|
| I recently came bak from holiday and gained 1.5 stone, i have practically starved myself for years to stay thin but since being on holiday cant stop eating, i love eating but I do not want to gain weight. I have heard that on the slimming world plan you can eat as many free foods as you wish and still lose weight? this just seems too good to be true, will this plan really allow me to eat and lose the extra weight I have gained?I would be extremely greatful if someone could advise.I am currently 10st 3lb.Many thanks |

| Basically you have green days (veggie foods, pasta, potatoes etc.), and red days (meats - bacon, beef, pork etc.). You can choose to have either, or. Or a mixture of both to have a healthy balance. You then also have 'free foods' such as fruit etc, which means you can have as many of these as you like. You also have 'Sins'. You can have (as far as I can remember), a maximum of 10 sins a day. Say if you want a packet of crisps, you check the sin factor in your book. It could be 4 sins, it could be 8 - depending on the fat content. I lost 2 and a half stone with Slimming World a few years back. A few years later, its gradually piled back on, so I might have to go back again! |
