| To gain weight safely, eat high quality, low fat proteins (skinless chicken, turkey or fish) and green vegetables. To add muscle, work the 3 main muscle groups. 1. Push-ups --shoot for 25 a day. When that gets comfortable, go for 35.2. Squats-- start with 3 sets of 12. 3. Kick boxing. 1 hour 3 times a week for your core workout.4. Long Am crunches --these work way better than regular crunches. |
