| Hi people, i was just wondering if any of you have taking the HCG weight loss injection, if so, how effective was it, did it really suppress your appetite? and how much weight did you loose on it? thanks for your respond in advance. |

| keep away from that stuff. There is no safe alternative to diet and exercise. Pills and injections are the lazy person's way out. |

| no it isn't worth it. If you want to lose weight, lose it in a healthy way because you are trying to get healthy then why use unhealthy ways to get healthy?
