I'm 5'10 and I weigh 122 pounds. I want to get a body like Jessica Alba. I kind of resemble Blake Lively more than Jessica Alba though. Right now I'm following a exercise tape called "Lotte Berk" which is kind of like pilates/yoga. I'm planning to do that for 30 minutes a day, and maybe walk/bike/run for half an hour a day.I know I sound quite skinny being only 122 and 5'10, but it just runs in the family. I have a similar build to Scarlett Johansson.

if those are your exact measurements you could be considered underweight. that is model weight area.simple ideas:- continue to do half hours of cardio to maintain your body weight.- eat lots of fruit and vegetables (most diets are lacking)- drink 8, 8oz glasses of water everday- cut down on sodium in your diet. salt makes your body retain water, less salt means you'll lose extra water weight.

You need to add some resistance training to get toned. Tone is achieved when you have muscle and a low body fat % so that you can see that muscle. Try out the routines and diet here.. http://www.FatX101.com

I think you should also incorporate weight lifting to gain more muscle tone too. NOT A LOT, just enough to help with those sexy curves. Plus, don't forget 80% of your plan is what you eat, so get on a good diet to help facilitate your workout. Thanks for reading!
