Im a 17 Year old boy who likes to do physical activities but has little motivation. Does anybody know of anything I can do to tone up my chest area e.g pectorals and also tone up my stomach?I do not have any exercise equipment apart from a swiss ball. I play rugby so am reasonably fit but now rugby has finished and i want to stay in shape and keep fit over summer.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Yoga, gyms and pilates is not an option.First 2 links lead me too webfetti. Not sure why but are no use to me at all.

For your kind iformation, there is nothing called upper stomach. Stomach muscle is a single muscle called rectus abdominus. So, if you work out for the same, it will have the same effect like you do other muscle on your body. For your chest, you can start up with Hindu Push up. That is the great conditioning work out ever invented in the earth. After masterising that you can include weight training in a scientific way for the full development of pectoralis.Well, yoga is not a stregth training strategy. Yoga is mainly aiming on static stretch by which you can relax your body. Have a nice day.

Try cycling.Get a street level map of your local area and mark off every street you ride on. Work your way around the map, and by the end of it your legs will be rock hard, your lungs will be bigger, and you'll know your way around better ;]When you've run out of map, try the next town...With the extra stamina, then try rowing or swimming to build up the pecs etc
