I go for a walk 5 days a week, around 5km, i was wondering is this enough exercise ?

im starting to get conscious of my weight and dont get alot of time for exercise so the best i can do is walking but is this enough?

If you could pick it up to a slow jog and eventually to a regular jog, then you could start fitting in a little extra distance. But do something you will stick with, but for starters try walking 2km, jogging the middle 1k, and walking the last 2km... or walk 1km jog 3km and walk the last one.
