I just wondered how reliable my bmr/rmr is.Apparently mine is about 1500 calories per day, I'm a 17 year old guy (nearly 1Cool, weigh 114lbs and 5'7" tall.I want to lose another 5lbs though..So my sedentary BMR is 1800? Or is it 2000 because I do some exercise? I do a bit of spot running/jumping jacks for about 30 minutes 4 times a week, and walk for 20 minutes a day (walking to school).I have a bit of an eating disorder, and just want to reach those last few pounds before I self recover. The last week I've relapsed into 1200-2000 calories a day and I don't want to gain weight back after all this hard work lol.And please don't tell me to "get help" as I currently am, and just looking for an easy way to maintain a slim weight.

Take your sedentary BMR, then go to www.caloriesperhour.com and on there you can find out what excersises burn how many calories, then just add that number onto the sedentary BMR. Good luck man.

You should give this product a shot. It's called Acai Berry and it's new on the market, but already endorsed by people like Oprah! I just ordered a free 14-day trial from this site.. do it today! you won't regret it!
