| QUESTION::::I either bike or walk 3 miles a day. The dirt trail has lots of hills. When I walk I feel perfectly fine. But when I bike my legs start to hurt the next morning. But I thought walking burned more calories!?!? Whats with this? |

| your legs hurt because you are using a different set of muscles your body isn't used to using....if you are going the exact same route you are burning more calories walking because you are exerting more force to accomplish the same task..... |
