I am 20 years old. i am 5'8 and i weigh 160. My goal weight is about 130-135. I hold most of my weight in my theighs, butt and stomach. I am going to start walking and playing volleyball. Can anyone help me sure-fire easy/fun ways to lose weight other than just eating good? Thanks

I've been doing this thing called RopeSport. It's a fun workout with a jump rope. You can burn up to 1000 calories/hour by doing it and it's so much fun to do. The best part is that it's easy and I don't get out of breath doing it because they do an active rest that will lower your heart rate while getting the same benefits. You can get it at Target in the sports/exercise aisle (where I got mine for $10 with a jump rope included) or you can get it online at www.ropesport.comEasiest workout ever, and it's fun too. They even give you music that's fun to jump to. Good luck!
