| I work out every day, no exceptions. I start by running, then do full crunches on a downward slope with a medicine ball, calf rises, weights, and then what I think is called the Roman Chair, where I hold myself up with my arms and lift my legs either straight to a 90 degree angle or my knees.Lately, everyone has been complementing how toned my legs have become already, after only a month. Which was surprising, because I wasn't expecting results so soon. I'm sixteen, so perhaps my body is more apt to adaptation? Anyway, there hasn't been as great improvement on my tummy, or my love handles. Although neither is that great, I would love to flatten them out completely.I have a pretty healthy eating style, I don't like fast food, greasy food, or junk food/sweets, although my one problem seems to be pretzels, although they are healthy pretzels. Everything in my house is organic or whole wheat, etc, all the meat I eat is very lean.In other words, I'm prepared to do a daily exercise that will have long term effects, but I'm not sure what to do.Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also, just as a last note, when I tried to read up on it, people said that dieting and lowering your body fat percentage are important, so I figured I should mention that the world dieting is unacceptable to me, although I'm all about living a healthy lifestyle. And my body fat percentage is decreasing, and is currently about 21% which is just between athletic and fitness for a woman. Thanks for your help! =] |

| If you go to the gym, you can try a cable trunk twist exercise, which helps with the torso area. If you're working out at home (with a medicine ball), you can try a seated twist. The latter exercise targets the obliques and hips, where the former targets the obliques and upper abs...Good Luck! |

| an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on astool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture, for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make surethat it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or youwill damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of yourbody back, until it's parallel with the ground. Stop for a second andmove it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week addto the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week, guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - sixpack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week. |

| Well you might want to start with some basic sit-ups,follow with crunches, you might also want to add leg & knee raises, and end your routine with truck bends and jack knife.Oh wait forgot to tell you will also need side crunches and now you completely hit each of the six muscles that form your abs or as you cutely put it ,your tummy.Take care and good luck. |
