| I run 5 miles everyday and do a strength training exercise, with the exception of Sunday when i just run.My schedule looks like this:5 am-wake up5:05- strength train5:30- eat breakfast6 am- run 1 mile (10 min mile)7-4- school4:30 pm- run 2 miles (10 mins each mile)6 pm- eat dinner8:30 pm- run 2 miles (8 mins each mile)I want to get down to the next weight class in wrestling, which the official weigh in is in October. So after that most of my working out will be during school. |

| I will start out by saying your routine sounds good but i think 4:30 pm - Run 2 miles should be taken out.THEN TELL YOU TO GET A GIRLFRIEND.And if you do have one pencil her in cause right now your snickers are getting more action then you. |
