| Not to mention i have gym and we run about a mile and a half everyday and do other things. I will also have an acceptable diet. But since i am a kid (13 years old) i have to still eat a little bit of sweets and stuff. |

| You will definitely lose weight if you increase your jogging to 2 miles; that is assuming you DO NOT eat more than what you are eating now. It is really very simple...eat less and exercise more. |
