| As long as you can keep your pulse up, its a decent cardio workout. Just don't stop and keep moving for at least 25-30 minutes or else the workout won't really do you much good. |

| try interval training?so go nuts and run for 40 seconds HARD.then go soft for 1 minutethen go 40 seconds sprinting again.you will burn the most fattry researching on it,its interval training |

| i had to do that before we got a treadmilli ran in my basement back and forth and the only thing that matters if that you have your heart rate up.. and i also stair stepped pretty fast on my stairs.. i only did 25 min and i still lost weight. |
