Skip the slim fast and eat eggs or something for breakfast.Otherwise good, except not enough calories/day.Try to AT LEAST get 1200 if you are going to exercise too.

I wouldn't do the slim fast, when you are use to eating and drink a meal, believe it or not, your mouth missing chewing, it's the time it takes eating slowly to fill you up.I'd suggest a whole grain cereal for breakfast & 1 piece of fruit.Lunch eat a salad, or turkey sandwhich on whole grain bread.Dinner what you have is fine as long as it is whole grain rice or brown rice.Walking is excellent!

Those are really too few calories, and not much nutrition- you must be starving hungry.Get off the slimfast - it's not good for you and it's not teaching you how to change your eating for a healthy life. Try an egg with a slice of lowfat cheese in a toasted whole wheat english muffin for breakfast, for about 250-300 cals, or oatmeal with some milk on after cooking and berries for about 200-250 cals for breakfast.Snack - Add six almonds or walnuts with that apple, or a tablespoon of peanut butter.Lunch - 3 cups of salad veggies (anything you like, just not iceberg lettuce), a chicken breast/2 eggs/can of tuna/ 1/2 cup beans, and a small whole wheat bun or some corn on the cobSnack - throw in some berries or 1/2 banana with that yogurt.Dinner looks perfect. Try brown rice - mix it 1/2 with white rice if you need to get used to it.Water - looks good :)Exercise - walking is fine, absolutely. Consider using some light weights, as it does really good things and will speed up weight loss.

iwould skip the slim fast you may wanna walk 40 minutes in the morning and then if you had a bike you could ride you bike toward the evening like 40 min or 20 that would help tighten your leg muscles and you would lose the leg fat you could also try a local gym near you and they might be able to personally train and work with you. hope i helped.

Add another 200 to 300 calories, otherwise, you will not be taking in enough because of the ones exercise will burn off.Don't do Slim-Fast, it has too much sugar which will just make you crave more. Instead, have an egg and half an English muffin or piece of whole grain toast with some kind of fruit spread - one with no added sugar. For lunch, have a salad with grilled or broiled lean meat of some kind (just be careful about your choice of dressing), or several diced boiled egg whites for protein instead of meat if you want. Boiled egg whites can be your best friend on a diet. You can make a lot of them and keep them in the fridge for a week or so and have them on hand whenever you need, and the protein zaps your hunger.

Well i would say look up diet plan on line and try to just cut back on your calories but 1000 is a little extreme to start out with. I would start out with writing down what i eat and start to see my bad eating habits. Then cut down on what i really don't need. Walking is good it's more effective when you work out because your more efficient than running. One thing you should do is try to spice it up a little try walking up hills or walk with weights in your hands. You can even try to walk to beats in you ipod it's makes it easier so that you don't dread working out. If you can get a work out partner so that they keep you motivated and you can do the same for them. Try to keep up with fiber and protein. Don't hurt your body but good luck with everything!!!Have fun with your work outs
