| ok well im the kind of person that has anziety about everything.i also have adhd so i feel like im always on the go.im on straterra and remeron for my adhd and anziety.i've been trying to lose weight lately and nothing seems to be working.i do like 100-130 situps/crunches,50 leg lifts for each leg,20 pushups,and i run up and down the stairs about 20 or 30 times a day.but nothing is showing any difference.i eat healthy too.is straterra or remeron causing me to have an increase in my appetite??also my parents wont let me get any diet pills or anything like that. |

| To start to burn body fat you need to get your heart rate about your target range. To me that's the first obvious that you are not doing.Secondly, you could have little to no fat to loseThirdly, your medicines could be messing with you. |

| At this point, you may very well not need to lose weight, but you picture yourself as fat. You could be very sick and have emotional/psychological problems to go along with ADHD and anxiety attacks.I'd suggest talking to your mother about it. You should see a doctor. |
