| I have been trying to diet by just cutting out certain foods and i tryed that for 3 weeks, i lost almost 5 pounds but i still feel weak and just like a zombie. So lately i just sat down and came up with a new work out plan and meal menu and i was thinking if anyone could tell me if the meal part sounds ok. For break fest i just have a strawberry banana smoothie, i use 1 banana, 2 cup strawberries, 1/2 cup crushed ice, 2 cups plan low fat yogurt and a 1/4 cup honey.. I was wondering how many calories that is and if there is anything that i can switch out to make it a little lower in calories with the same great taste. For lunch i have 1 sand which i whole wheat bread, i use 3 slices of turkey pastrami because its lower calories. But i don't have any ideas of what i could have for dinner. Any ideas there??I know that my work out is good already because even with eating what i was before, and just starting up the work out i lost weight. I know that im gonna be gaining muscle so it will be slow. But i just seem sleepy and drained all the time. I dont get a full nights sleep because i have a lil toddler that doesnt always sleep through the night, but i do try and get as much rest as i can.I tryed eating smaller meals more often but the problem is i dont eat a whole lot with my main meals and when i make them smaller and have snacks then i end up not even being hungry for the next meal, and it just throws everythng off and i start getting hungry late at night and i know its not good to eat late. I do apprecate the advice and i will try it agan now that im gonna be changing my diet and see if anything changes. |

| If you are tired and weak it's obvious your diet is not right. The trick to dieting is to eat smaller meals more often. In other words, have five meals a day instead of 3 but keep the portions smaller. PaulaTop Diets Reviews--> http://www.top3reviewsite.com/top-diet-books-reviewed.html |
