Okay so here's what I've done as far as exercise the past days:Friday: 30 minute run, 25 minutes kickboxing, 15 minutes abs, 10 minute stretch (I ate about 1000 calories)Saturday: jogged 40 minutes, walked 20 minutes (ate around 1500 calories, so a lot more)Sunday: did NO exercise, ate around 1000 caloriesI'm worried about Sunday and doing no exercise. I'm trying to recover from anorexia and my legs hurt and I'm emotionally exhausted so I just didn't do anything. But I'm worried that it will be such a shock to my body because I ate so much more than usual yesterday. The rest of the days this week I have to eat 1500 calories at least because of the new eating plan I have from my nutritionist. Will I gain fat weight from not doing anything today? Help?!

Your body needs at least one day to rest anyway. So don't worry about it. Begin your routine again tomorrow and keep it up. I'd go for 1200 cals a day.

No, its actually important to make sure your body has time to rest and heal from the exercises you did in the previous days.

you should take your nutritionist advice. Regarding the exercises, you don't need to outworn yourself. The best exercise to lose weight is the exercise you are doing. Choose an enjoyable activity and incorporate it into your life three to five times a week. Is not a tragedy if you didn't train for a day. Just don't make that a habit.
