Heart Rate Monitors?

I'm thinking of getting a heart rate monitor to measure my heart rate while I'm jogging. I'm looking for a relatively cheap yet reliable one. Anyone have any suggestions? Does anyone use one to train? If so, how useful are they?Should I get one with a chest strap?

There are way too many brands to list here. Just go to a athletic supply store like Sports Authority and see what they have. Heart Rate Monitors are relatively inexpensive.
