Okay so i try diets, and ive been through anorexia and all that crap. Lost a ton of weight, then i started eating and gained some of it back. I'm not fat at all, I'm actually petite and my pant size is 2 Smile but i want ot live a healthier lifestyle rather than following dietsso i follow some tips1. drink 8 cups of water everyday2. i sleep 8 hrs everyday3. i exercise 6x a week for 30 -60 min (e.g walk, elliptical trainer)Plan:i eat three healthy balanced, portion controlled meals :)Snacking makes me gain weight so...and i dont really like the taste of carbs so i usually dont eat it that muchBreakfast: 6 ounces of skimmed plain yogurt with 1 cup of fresh fruit (low sugar) e.g berriesLunch:2-3 cups of fresh salad and a good portion of lean meat (palm sized)Dinner: same as lunchonce a week i relax and indulge on yummy foods but i portion control them and i still eat healthy that day too And in Sep its going to be ramadanso my plan is to still exercise the same, but in iftar i plan on eat a bowl of salad with a palm sized lean meat and then at night i eat 1-2 servings of fresh fruit, and once a week i relax and indulge a little Smile

With no current height and weight information its hard to really give a solid answer because you may not be consuming enough calories or you may be fine. If you arent losing weight or gaining with this diet then it sounds like you are eating better/healthier than 90% of the world.
