I'm so confused about what to eat. I had an eating disorder and rarely ate anything before. I just got help with it but I'm not sure what to eat. I'm afraid to gain any weight again. I need a good meal plan that isn't too strict. I'm only in high school. Any help please? :/

I would suggest going to a nutritionist who could help you find foods you feel comfortable eating and slowly build up your calorie intake. In the meantime you could start by eating some of the more high calorie fruits (like banana) which are still good for you, peanut butter is also a good one because it isn't too filling. It's really up to you to decide what you feel comfortable eating and to go from there.Good luck

A vegetarian diet can be a great help in controlling weight. Especially replacing milk with soy or rice milk.Exercise is key, no matter what you choose.

Diet soda, salads, lots of whole grain, and lots of fiber. With whole grain and fiber, you get the filling of being full for a lot longer. Lettuce has no nutritional value, however it does not pack on pounds. It has next to no calories. Just make sure that you are eating all through out the day. Make sure you eat breakfast!!! If you don't, your body does not start to burn fat until you eat.
