| Heyy, My name is Teressa.. I am 13 years of age.Since monday, I'v been going to the gym. Doing 60min on the oliptical machine, loosing about (600-650cal.)Then doing some sets ab, and theigh work.Then lifting 5-10pound weightsThen 20min on the tredmile.My eating plan for 2 days was basically starving myself..I'v decided not to do that anymore .. and it all changed today this is now my meal plan please tell me how it is, and how many cals you think im eating a day. Do you think i'll loose weight.? or gain it back because I ate only 600cals a day for 2 days.. how can i prevent that now?NEW MEAL PLAN***5:45am- curves bar (100cal) bannana and water.6:00am- Im at the gym doing what I said above.12:00-1:00pm- 1 slice of whole wheat bread folded in half, with 2 slices of fat-free turkey, frenches mustard, and lettuse. with strawberries / fruit at the side.4:00-5:00pm- lean cusine frozen entree, OR strawberries and light babybell, OR half a turkey sandwhich (same as lunch) with a 'peice' of fruit and water.What are some exercizes or machines I can use.. to loose weight around my upper half AKA ( waist, hips, love handles and chest. ) |

| first of all, slow down! you're 13 and your body is nowhere near becoming what it's going to look like eventually. you can really hurt yourself if you keep eating like that, believe me, i've been there. you should be eating more than just three times a day, although you do have the right about smaller meals. when i was a teen, i found everything i needed on toneteen.com. i still check in to that site and i'm 21 now.ease up on yourself. because you really could end up gaining more weight that you lose if you keep up that plan. or, worse, it could turn into an eating disorder. |
